Plans & Length

• Weight Pocket Premium — Monthly: $9.99 USD per month, auto-renewing every 1 month.
• Weight Pocket Premium — Annual: $69.99 USD per year, auto-renewing every 1 year (equivalent to $5.83 / month).

Free Trial (Annual Plan)

The Annual plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. $69.99 USD is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The trial is available once per Apple ID / Google account, per the stores' introductory-offer rules — eligibility is determined by the store at the moment of purchase. The Monthly plan does not include a free trial. Any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when a paid subscription begins, where applicable by law.

Auto-Renewal & Billing

• Apple App Store: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan. Subscriptions and auto-renewal may be managed in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Google Play Store: Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage and cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store → Subscriptions screen.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Premium features until that period expires, and you will not be charged again. Cancellation must be done through the same store where you originally purchased (Apple App Store or Google Play). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds

We honor a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial Premium purchase, processed as described in our Terms of Service § 5.6. Refund requests for purchases made through the Apple App Store must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund requests for purchases through Google Play are governed by Google Play's refund policy.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the app or sign in on a new device, you can restore your active Premium subscription via Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases in the app. No additional charges apply when restoring.

Pricing Changes

We may change subscription prices in the future. Any price change will be communicated to you in advance and will not take effect until the start of the next billing period after notification. Continued use of Premium after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price; otherwise, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

EULA & Privacy

Use of Weight Pocket is governed by our Terms of Service (EULA) and Privacy Policy. For users on iOS, the Apple Standard EULA also applies to the extent it conflicts with our Terms.
